Super fast, super nice, super knowledgeable. Simple and transparent pricing. Identified the problem within 5 minutes and within half an hour my heater's working again. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. There are a lot of incompetent contractors out there so I'm grateful that so many other google reviewers helped me find this guy right away. I'm happy to add my voice to the chorus. I'm relieved to know I've got a guy I can trust the next time anything goes wrong with my HVAC system.

My furnace went out around 9PM on New Year's Day. I didn't think I would get anyone but Dave picked right up. He was at my house looking at my furnace before 10 and for far less than I would have expected. He needed to get a part and, unfortunately, all the supply places were closed for the weekend but Dave was back out at my house as soon as he was able to get the part on Monday. It was originally thought to be the main board but Dave determined it to be a different part. He could have easily charged me for the board but called me and let me know the faulty part was actually less expensive than the board. He was honest and up front with me about the whole thing. Under any normal circumstances, not being New Years weekend, I am confident that Dave would have had my furnace back up and running that Saturday. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any of my heating/cooling needs. Thanks for great service!

I called Dave early on 7/3/17. He answered my call on the first ring! We had a burning smell coming from our furnance. Dave recognized right away that it was the motor. He came out within a couple of hours and was able to complete the repair. He was extremely professional and helpful. Thank you Dave!

I called Dave when my AC stopped working on a 90°+ day. He came out and it turned out to be a quick fix. My home has a very complicated HVAC system and Dave is the only person who has been able to give me any information about it. So while I felt a little silly when the solution wound up being fairly simple, I'm glad I called him because he was able to explain things a home inspector and electrician had both been stumped by. Great guy with a lot of knowledge. He's definitely going to become our go-to guy for anything HVAC.

Dave was out the day after New Years to replace the 12 year old water heater. He was very helpful and the price was fair. Will definitely be working with you again in the future. Thanks Dave!

Needed urgent furnace repair, called one of the other big name service companies...had a 5 hour service window and was charged a service diagnostic fee for just coming out (understandable).

But then they gave us a really high quote for the job (parts and labor), with no guarantees of when the part would come in.

American Heating and Cooling, was half the price, they had the part on hand, and also made it out in about an hour or so after the first call. Would definitely use them again.

We have had him repair both our furnace and A/C on seperate occasions. Both times he came quickly (same day!) and repaired the problem right away. He is also very pleasant and professional, and his pricing is more than fair.

I highly recommend this company! Our AC went out and they were able to do same day service, and he was extremly flexible about working with us with our work schedule! He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us tips on how to prevent things from going wrong with our AC Unit. Great customer service, price was extremly fair and we will use them again!
