Dave came right out to replace the blower on my howling furnace. He went above and beyond cleaning it out and showing me some maintenance tips. Friendly and knowledgeable guy with a fair rate for midnight emergency parts and service!

David was WONDERFUL! He was so kind, quick, reliable, and respectful! My heat went out and he was there at exactly the time I requested.
Then, he diagnosed the problem and discussed options with me. After I decided which way was best for me he came back the next day after finishing some work on my motor.
I highly recommend him!

Dave answered my call after 10 pm and was out by 9 the next morning and after searching for a new unit he replaced my old a/c unit by noon on Saturday the 4th of July. The pricing didn't change and he made sure I was totally happy with the job before he took payment. Honest, professional and a nice guy. Would never call anyone else .

Our furnace stopped working on Sunday night (coldest night so far this year). We called a little after 9pm and Dave was at our house a little after 10pm. He got the heat working for the night and came out the next morning and replaced the faulty part. Excellent work and friendly service.

I can't thank David enough. Very fast service. Kind. Fair price. Another company, Air Rite, told me that I had to replace my AC unit and had me panicking over coming up with the money. I bought portable air conditioners in order to get some relief on these really hot days. David assured me that that I had about 4 years left on my old unit, and all I needed was some coolant. Cost less than $200 when Air Rite wanted me to spend almost $4000 on a new unit. Thank you, David!

I had a great experience with Dave from American Hearing and Cooling. I was overcharged by Airco in Bolingbrook and Dave took time out of his very busy day (this was in mid-August which is peak time for AC problems) to write me a quote for the same work at nearly $100 less than I was charged by Airco. In the end, I was able to get my money back and now use American for all my HVAC needs. I just called Dave again today and he is going to fix an issue that arose from Airco not properly fixing my unit. I highly recommend American Heating and cooling. Dave had no reason to go out of his way to do this for me since he was not going to be paid for work done. In the end, he gained a long term customer. Dave is a stand up guy!

Memorial Day weekend Sunday AM our A/C took a dive. Everyone I called said they could be here by Tuesday earliest. I called Dave and he asked if he was there in 45 min would that be OK? He came by and fixed our issue in 35 minutes and was on his way. I expected to take a big hit as it was a holiday weekend and his price was incredibly fair. Needless to say he’s our new heating and cooling guy hands down. Fair and honest!!

Amazing service!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Sunday morning 7:45am I call Dave that my AC was out. House was 90 degrees in July. He was at my house by 8:20 and the problem was fixed in 20 minutes. House is cool and wife is happy. Thanks American.

I normally use Leslie HVAC, subscribe to their "Family Plan".

Our A/C went out Friday night and it was HOT that weekend. Called Leslie, "sorry, we are booked for the next 3 days", really? Called Dave at American, found him on Google Maps. He answered personally. The other companies I called had answering services.

Dave showed up that morning, arrived before his committed time! He figured out the issue quickly and fixed it. Also gave me advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Best of all, his fee was fair, did not try to overcharge.

We had a problem with ac not cooling enough and Dave came in with short notice and fixed the refrigerant pretty quick. Gave suggestions and recommendations. Dave is the guy to go to👍. Very reasonable price and very professional.
