Called on Monday, tech arrived on time 8am Wednesday morning as scheduled. Fernando was great, professional and very knowledgeable. Turned out to be a simple dryer repair. He was very clean and tidy as he did his work.

Always amazing, prompt service from the team at Command. I called this morning and they dispatched Jeff to service our AC. He arrived when I was on a conference call and got the job done quickly. He is so efficient and aware of my virtual meeting that he sent me a text update and our AC is up and running again. Local, family-owned really makes a difference.

Have been a Command customer for several years. They've installed a new Trane furnace and Trane AC. The price was well worth the quality and performance. Also had them install a hot water heater as well as regular equipment maintenance and upkeep. Jeff is our preferred service tech. He is personable, knowledgeable and a real problem solver. A good guy too! We really trust him. A real asset for Command as we've had occasional equipment issues and this is where the service aspect really makes a company's reputation. Mike "the parts guy" is also a familiar voice over the phone who takes care of his customers.

Bought a new furnace to replace the old one where the blower had gone out. They were very responsive to my questions. The two installers, Derek and Kurt were very professional and personable. They created one problem with the related air conditioner, but immediately advised me of the issue, and took care of it at no charge or hassle. The Manager, Jake, was also very professional and came out himself to help diagnose our original problem.

Once again, Command Service—specifically Fernando—has exceeded our expectations by not only doing the hard work to find and fix the problem with our difficult-to-access air conditioning compressor but also doing it as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. We really appreciate Fernando’s passion for customer service as well as his professional skills. We have trusted Command Service for more than 30 years and recommend them heartily.

Great job installing my new furnace and air conditioner. Jake did a wonderful job of analyzing and coming up with the best equipment for me and Derek, Zach, and Kurt did a fantastic job installing and answering any questions I had. Looking forward to using their service in the future!

These guys were great! Had an issue with our 19-year-old furnace. They gave us quotes for fixing it or replacing it - and I thought we would have time to figure it out, but by the next morning, the furnace had died! They were able to send Marty and Zach out right away to replace our furnace, and found some rebates that made the high-efficiency 2-stage unit cheaper than the 1-stage model. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We'll definitely call them if we have issues with any of our other appliances. Highly recommend!

Derek and Zak are two polite, efficient and diligent installers. They arrived about 10 minutes early, explained everything they were going to do and got to work! This was a full HVAC replacement. They took a brief lunch break, but otherwise they were hard at work (Zak worked outside on the AC unit, even through some pretty heavy rain). Once finished, Derek walked me through everything that had been done. They did a very thorough cleanup. I was very impressed and highly recommend Command Service.

Command Service came out today to service my AC. They sent Fernando Zambrano as the technician. He did a great job getting my AC ready for the summer. I have used Command Service for many years and think that they are among the best Heating and AC companies around. I particularly like to Have Fernando come out because he is so knowledgeable and is able to quickly able to solve any problems. I have recommended Command Service and Fernando to many of my friends - Who have all been happy with his work. I will continue to use Command service and Fernando for many years to come.

I recently hired Command service to retrofit my whole HVAC system and replace my tanked hot water heater with a tank less. The experience was professional from the beginning with the bid process to the finish product . The install was AMAZING! All the PVC runs are so clean and tight. The little bit of sheet metal work that needed to be done is a work of art! Command service was very willing to accommodate my request with install on how I wanted the PVC piped and even willing to re-due where I wasn't initially satisfied(most contractors are like too bad.........BUT not these guys!!).
