I was able to get an appt. the very next day! Evans was efficient and explained things very well. My contractor suggested I call them first. I will use them going forward for maintenance of my HVAC system in my new condo. 5 stars all the way.

They were extremely dependable in my opinion. They did everything they said they would do. They have my endorsement.

Scheduled a Harrington tech to arrive between 5-8p the same day to service a furnace issue, which was great to hear because it's winter and very cold. Followed up around 7p after not hearing from anyone. Harrington then said no techs are available and will not be able to come out until the next morning sometime. Reason they gave: Sorry, although the tech's schedule showed he was available, that doesn't mean he was actually available to make the scheduled appointment(!?). Rescheduled for 9a-12p the next morning. Missed again, and Harrington tried to schedule for the third day, so this time declined their service to go elsewhere. Bottom line, Harrington is incompetent or deceitful.

I've never been disappointed when working with them; they provide a dependable service.
