Harrington Heating & Cooling

I had a thermostat replaced with a SmartThermostat on January 17, 2023 which cost over $250. I went to turn on the A/C last week and it did not work. I called these people and we set up an appointment.
The man, Roberto, they sent out was very late and he looked at the thermostat than went downstairs to my furnace. I told him it was not the furnace but the thermostat. At this time, I asked my husband to come in to explain to Roberto that it was the thermostat we needed to work.
Roberto also said he had no thermostats in his truck. Since it was so late, my husband said to come back the next day. Roberto then texted me two hours later and said it would be another $199 because the warranty expired. It had only been five months. I said no way they need to have a product that works. I have called them everyday for a week and they keep telling me a manager will call me.
I do not recommend this company because they overcharge and then do not even do the work!!!
