Dan is the most helpful heating and cooling dealer I have ever met. He helped us over the phone with our problem and was extremely knowledgeable!! I am so grateful for his patience!! Any heater or air conditioning needs you may have He is your guy!!!

We were without AC for four nights. As renters we had to go through our landlords and their warranty company. Value heating was very responsive and I believe they were working very hard, but they did not get here within the two hour window scheduled. Also, when I found out the total bill (less then half what we spent on a single room AC unit after a few nights of difficult sleep), I expressed frustration at the delay saying I would have been better off shopping around for a company that could have fit us in within a few days and just paying for it ourselves. He replied I wouldn't have found anyone. Not a big deal, but not a good idea to argue a frustrated, sleep deprived customer who isn't blaming you.

Our heater decided to stop working during a frigid, snowy night. We called after hours and Dan was so helpful and found a solution to keep the heater working until the parts we needed could be ordered. Without the help of Value Heating, we would have spent a very long, cold night without heat. Great customer service is worth telling others about, and that's what you'll find with Value Heating!!

I have used Value Heating and Cooling for years professionally and personally. Every time I call Dan is very helpful. He will help diagnose problem over the phone to help save me money. If that is unsuccessful he will be there at his earliest convenience to solve my problem. One thing I can say about Dan is his integrity. These guys are awesome! Prompt arrival, super friendly and SO knowledgeable. As a first time home owner, I had a lot of questions about how my HVAC worked. All of them were answered very thoroughly and politely and I love that in a company! I will definitely use this company for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future.

We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Dan at Value Heating. Despite negative temperatures and nearly impassable roads due to snow, Dan came out to repair our furnace and restore heat to our house on a chilly -5 degree morning. We have also used him to repair our air conditioning unit and were very happy with his work. We will absolutely use Value Heating in the future.

Since purchasing our home in 2008, we've had constant air flow and filtration issues with our heater / AC system. Had two other heating companies out and still it just didn't seem like it was working right. When Dan from Value Heating came out, he almost immediately recognized the problem, and took care of it. The next day he even brought custom filters. Within a few hours we could feel the difference. Highly recommended!
