Dan at Value Heating is amazing. Every time we've used him he's been prompt, professional, cheerful and fast! He fixed our problem, showed us how to clean our furnace and told us what to look for in case of issues. I recommend him!!

I just had a very efficient gentleman by the name of Dan from value heating and Boise come in not only Repair my home situation but give me so much advice on things I never knew I needed to do. I am a widow and I’m left with a lot of questions that I never had to tend to. He spent extra time in explaining simple details that I needed to know. I have had "Value" service my HVAC needs for the last 8 years and I would never think of calling on another company after the superior service I have received over the years. Every time I call (which is usually off hours and the busiest times of the year, of course) Dan calls me back ASAP and manages to get our issues rectified quickly. I am always quite impressed that it is always Dan (who is the owner) that calls us back. This review has been a long time coming. Just today my Furnace was malfunctioning and Dan talked me through troubleshooting the issue on my own. He was so precise and helpful I was able to rectify the issue with just his help on the phone. From my experience many other companies would have required a visit, a fee, and who knows what else I could have been charged for. I am not one to write reviews, but this company definitely deserves this one. Thanks Dan!!!!!!

I called Value Heating after noticing our heat wasn’t turning on, it was a Saturday, not regular business hours. Dan answered and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us diagnose our issue over the phone without asking for a dime in return. Turns out our furnace was functioning properly but we just needed a new thermostat. He even offered to walk us through installing the new thermostat over the phone if we needed. Dans help was such a blessing to our family, and it is so rare to find someone who will help without asking for something in return. If we ever have any future issues we will absolutely use Value Heating and Air as well as refer our friends and family. It is clear Dan operates with integrity and truly values his customers. Thank you again Dan!

Dan at Value Heating is amazing! Very honest and helpful! I called him for a system estimate. He wasn't able to come out and bid for medical reasons but he reviewed other bids I had received and gave me some advice. Then he asked what was wrong with the system. When I told him, he gave me a couple of things to check first. I checked on those and was able to repair my existing system myself for under $50!! Thank you Dan! I will ALWAYS call Value for HVAC work!

I was refered to Value through my home warranty company during the week of triple digit temps. Every repair company was backed out 3 weeks. Dan returned my call with in 15 min. on Tuesday. Told me that he was backed way out (weeks) but would try to swing past between jobs on Thursday or Friday to see if it was a quick fix or not. He came on Wednesday and had me up and running in 15 minutes! Value has earned my business and I will be scheduling maintenance with them this Fall!

My furnace stopped producing heat yesterday, but the fan worked perfectly. I called Dan and Value Heating to discuss coming out to fix the problem. He was incredibly helpful. So helpful, he walked me through diagnosing the problem! I had no idea what kind of furnace I had, despite having the owners manual. I was able to text him a photo of the unit, he called me back and told me what the problem was and how to fix it myself. One tiny screw, a wrench and an emery board later, I had the fuel sensor cleaned - back in place and was up an running again. Even though Dan didn't get to drop by and charge me for a service call, I hope to help bring him additional business. Because the next time something goes terribly wrong with my heating or air unit, he'll be the first one to get mine! Thanks for such great customer service, and truly going above and beyond. Called them and scheduled an appointment, they were able to come out the very next day. My appointment timeframe was 10-12pm, they showed up right at 10am. The technician was super nice and got right to work. Tested a few things and ended up replacing my thermostat. Whole thing took about 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone! Well done

I’ve had Value heating come to my house twice now.. first time they replaced the coil on my AC because it was bad.. totally happy with the speed and quality of work!! Second time (2/3 years later) I called Dan because the home inspection for selling our house found a “leak in the furnace”. Dan literally walked my husband and I through fixing it over the phone, then came out and verified that it was repaired. It was just a clogged drain. Serviced the furnace while they were out here. Will always be calling Value for any of my HVAC needs or issues!
