Very disappointed in this company, I had an appointment with them yesterday, waiting all day at my house for them to show up. They never showed. I even called 30 min before they were going to close to see if I was still suppose to be seen that day, they said yes and still never came out.

A little late in writing this review, but I my A/C unit complete shut down on me in the middle of July. I called around noon and thought for sure it would be a week or so to even get looked at. The friendly receptionist assured me they could have a tech out within a day. To my surprise, I received a call later that same day from the Brian the tech himself explaining the problem and that he had parts to do the repair. Couldn't be happier on a 100 degree day. THANK YOU YMC!

YMC provided the best service I have ever had! I began with A1 and was not happy. The office staff are extremely helpful and friendly! I was so pleased with the time and extra consideration that the technician Mike G. took on our service call. I will only use or recommend YMC for all heating and cooling needs!

Beware! Very expensive and a rip off. I had an AC unit not working at a rental. I called YMC because they had installed the unit a few years ago. The service tech called me and told me he was at the location but the unit was too froze up because the renter had not changed the filter. He said he was going to let it thaw out and come back later. (He said he had another call to go on). When he called me back he said, "he would have to charge me for two service calls". The bill was $190 to change a filter and clean the condenser. When I called them about getting charged so much they said "there was nothing they could do about it". I will never use them again.

We needed to replace our 31 year old A/C & heating systems when a fan motor gave out during a heat wave. YMC sent a tech the same day to access the situation and provide an estimate. The cost of the new system was good enough for us to make that decision instead of putting money into an old system. The guys were professional & knowledgeable & The whole system was installed in a timely fashion. Thank you YMC.
