YMC was great, worked with my schedule and notified me ahead of time to ask me to reschedule due to them having several emergency calls. I agreed since mine was just a checkup and they came this morning instead and on time. Called me ahead of time when they were on their way. Jesse arrived and quickly, jumped in and got my servicing completed efficiently and also looked at a concern I had and took care of it in minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Cost was reasonable as well. Great service! Thank you Jesse!!

Great service and very professional. I have been with YMC over 5 years and have been very happy. Mike Gross is the best technician! He even brought my trash can into my garage.

Excellent service. Should have used these guys long ago. Steve Hixon showed up early and they had my address wrong. He got right on the job, explained my system to me and replaced a contactor.. He also took a look at my shop and the duct work I want done. He made a list of what is needed and I am looking forward to the bid to get done what I want. Again my hats off to Steve and his service. Looking forward to the maintenance part of your service. I asked if they did that and he got me signed up. I highly recommend YMC for your ac/heatpump service.

I have not used this company as a business but just here to report how awful one of their drivers is. This morning one of their guys in a company vehicle was heading from nampa area to boise area on the freeway. Made multiple lane changes without a blinker while 90% of the way having his face buried in his phone. He almost hit a motorcycle by doing so and almost caused quite a few accidents along the way. It looked like he had a kid in the car but I wasn't too sure, my wife saw that but I didn't as I was driving. Hopefully this individual is more careful out there, just put the phone down and pay attention. You could have caused a serious wreck and almost killed that motorcyclist.

At 09.00h I called the service department and the tech showed up just 90 minutes later. He replaced a capacitor and cleaned the coil fins and was gone within an hour, having brought our AC back online.

The serviceman that came to our house was named Jack. This review is more for him than for YMC. He was amazing!! Our AC was on the fritz and had been turning off and on during a 100 degree heat wave. The first guy that came out didn't really spend much time, because it was currently working when he came. Later that night, it stopped again, so we had to call the on-call guy, who ended up being Jack. He came right out, didn't act put out at all for having to come super late at night and he diagnosed and fixed the problem for us and made sure we felt very taken care of. I generally have a little distrust for repair men, but the second I met him I felt like I could trust him, he went above and beyond to help out me and my family and he really understands what it means to take care of and make the customer happy. Would recommend him to anyone!!!

Kurtis called ahead when I was next to work on. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace. He had it fixed in short order for a fair price.

Had an issue with my AC gave YMC a call and was set up with a service appointment. They were able to give me a free estimate for the cost to repair current unit vs a full replacement. Decided to go with a replacement which they had done in a matter of hours. The installer Mike was very professional and courteous. I’m very happy with the quality of work as well as the timeframe they did it in. I highly recommend YMC.

Daniel H is one of the best technicians out there. He was very friendly and courteous when he came to our home. We always request for him to come if we have issues. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly. His work is always top notch quality. We have recommended him to many friends when they have issues.
