Prestin was wonderful! I had a plumbing emergency and he was at our house withing 30 minutes. He provided excellent service and was very professional! He addressed our plumbing issue we called about promptly and even installed a new water heater for us that same visit! Reasonable prices and awesome service, highly recommend !

Plumbing leak detection and repair. Upon inspecting Preston found that my grey water pipe was leaking from sink drain line. Preston was absolutely awesome and Patrick was very pleasant when I called. Thank you Stop Freakin’ Call Beacon!!

Shawn was vey friendly and super helpful. We had a problem with our kitchen sink sprayer leaking. Unfortunately it was not your ordinary sprayer. It was one that requires ordering online. He saved us a ton of money by taking the time to show me exactly what to order and how to basically just snap the new one into place. I can’t believe that he took the time to do this and didn’t even charge us. If anything goes wrong with our plumbing in the future, I won’t hesitate to call him.

Preston and Steve are very professional and know their stuff. I had 3 plumbers come out to give me recommendations and these guys were top notch and very fair on pricing. Highly recommend their service!

Broken water line under section of our rental house that is close to 100 years old. I'm sure the old corroded broken pipe was at least that old in the broken section. Jake arrived promptly and kept us updated during the entire process. Due to the age of the house and nearly total lack of crawl space in the problem area, they had to cut out a good size section of floor to get to the broken line and replace it. Jake and his partner did an amazing job of not only fixing the line quickly but carefully cutting out several areas of flooring to bring it up with as little damage as possible. They left the work area much cleaner than I could have expected. I am very impressed with Jake and Beacon Plumbing. FIVE STARS!!

Shawn arrived exactly on time. He replaced my outside faucet quickly, explained everything he did, gave a quote, and answered all my questions. I will use Beacon again. Price was very fair for the job done.

Two young gentlemen, Josh and Preston, arrived and quickly assessed my situation of a slow leak and a sink plug that has never worked since I moved in a yr. and a 1/2 ago. They waited patiently while I consulted with the owners. I'm currently in the process of moving and they even offered to help shampoo my carpets. Very friendly and accommodating. 100%

Our water heater went out on Saturday night. I phoned Beacon Plumbing on Sunday morning and they answered the phone on the first ring. They gave me the option of having someone come out on Sunday (for a off hour fee) or if I could wait for Monday with no fee. I liked the fact they gave me that option.
They quoted a half hour response time. I was contacted by Josh who arrived within a reasonable amount of time considering he was coming from another city.

Josh identified himself upon arriving then diagnosed and resolved the problem within minutes. Upon completion Josh provided written information on the possible cause and potential follow up needed on my part.
