We live in the McCall area and have our own well. An important fitting that holds the pressure switch and gauge cracked and we had a major leak. I attempted to repair it myself and managed to get things back in working order except for the union that connects the pressure tank to the fitting I replaced. It had a slow drip that I couldn’t fix. Plumbers are very busy and in short supply up here. I called seven different ones and Beacon was the only one that actually called me back. They were here within two hours of my initial call and were able to stop the leak. Preston and his apprentice Blake were polite and professional. My wife and I were very impressed with their conduct and work. We will definitely use their services again. Thanks!

He was able to get us an appointment the same day and within an hour. The Service Tech (Josh) arrived prior to an hour and was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Josh explained in detail what the issue was with our water heater, & fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We greatly appreciated the outstanding customer service, which is hard to come by these days! Had our water break down on Saturday night. By Sunday morning, Preston was already working at replacing it and installing a new water heater. He kept constant communication and explained every facet of maintenance and upkeep. 100% would recommend to anyone
