The team of Cool Living LLC is simply the best on the island! Over the years, we've used different companies to service our central a/c system in our Kapolei home and none of them can even come close to the high level of efficiency, quality of workmanship that the team of Cool Living consistently demonstrates! Recently, they came out to service/move our downstairs unit and to install a new upstairs unit. It was a several day project but the team excelled to perfection!

I had called around and also had another company come out to give me a quote for a Fujitsu Split a/c system. Francis came and looked at the size of my living room and quoted me for a 24000 BTU system. The other company wanted to put in a 30000btu and charge me over one thousand more dollars. I felt comfortable with him and his promise of good quality work and the newest model Fujitsu, so we scheduled the install for my next day off.The two man crew arrived early!!!!! and installed everything professionally and i was amazed at how quick and CLEAN everything was! Francis who must be a manager or owner (not sure) came to inspect the job after the crew was done....we are very happy !!!! Highly recommend!

Two other AC trouble shooters from reputable companies were not able to fix my Mitsubishi cassette type ac. Cool Living came out , diagnose the problem and did the repair like a true professional.

Had lights blinking a code but when the tech came the lights had stopped. Was told to video lights and they would come back since I paid $172 for the hour. Took video and sent it to them. They didn't come back the next day or the next. Called a couple times and they said they would get back to me but they didn't . Meanwhile I have no A/C on some of the hottest nights of the year. I finally got ahold of someone in the office that quoted me a large price to fix it with no guarantee. Now maybe the price was fair but what I didn't like was to be ignored.They cashed my check though, for nothing.
