Very dependable and take time to explain what is wrong.

This is the second time I have had a great experience with Airmaster! A friend of mine had recommended them a few years ago when my Lennox thermostat went out & the AC/heating company who installed the unit gave me a very expensive estimate. My Airmaster estimate was much more reasonable, and they did a great job installing it! I didn't set up maintenance agreement with them at that time, because I had already paid the yearly fee for the other company.

When my AC wasn't cooling recently, I called Airmaster! They got me in quickly right before the rush of the heat waves. They were on time, and in fact even called me to ask if they could come a little earlier in the day since they had finished their other calls. Josh was very polite and efficient, and even watchful that my cat did not escape when he went in and out (which was greatly appreciated!) He showed me the problems with the coils and valves which needed to be replaced, in a way that was easy for me to understand, took pictures for me, and even called Lennox to see if the parts were still under warranty, explaining it would not be cost effective if they were not. Thankfully, they were! The parts were ordered and he gave me a very reasonable quote for the service to fix the parts under warranty. I want to add here that I had been told by the other company a few years ago that I had a slow Freon leak. They put more Freon in and I was given an estimate to fix the system at that time which was almost twice as much as Airmaster's recent quote! Also, the other company had only installed my new (at that time) system about 3 three years prior.

So, honesty and integrity are the other comments I would like to make.

Excellent responsiveness and communication. Worked me into the schedule and fixed my A/C a week before other companies could even come out to diagnose the problem. Great customer service! Non-intrusive text messages letting me know the name of the techs and estimated ETA. Repair was quick and Ronnie explained the problem, including how to avoid issues in the future. Will definitely use Air Masters for any future HVAC needs!
