I have always been impressed with Airmaster from the start. So much so that when I was out of town for a month, and my family call to say the water heater failed, I wanted Airmaster to install it.

I wanted this because when there were install problems with a new system, (TWICE there were manufacturers defects in my humidifier), they came back a third time and totally redesigned the plenum so they could use a larger, not reliable industrial type unit.

When I asked about the water heater, they told me they do have plumbers, but they don’t do plumbing outside of the need for HVAC installs.

I said that I would buy the water heater and have it delivered, and their hourly labor would be all I wanted, and I wouldn’t expect a warranty on this work.

I said I trusted them enough to have them do it in my absence, and if they would agree to do it under those conditions, I would be very grateful.

The graciously agreed, and helped me by installing it.

Of course, it was done with excellent craftsmanship.

This company has employees that have the fortune of doing what they love, and they really care about how you FEEL when they’re done.

I always recommend them.
