Most excellent service. Brad came to our home within a few hours of our call for help, diagnosed the problem with our heat pump and was back first thing the next morning with the major parts to be replaced. Highly recommend Reeves Heating & Air. Save time and money with Reeves.

Will never use Reeves again.. Had a Tempstar heat pump installed less than 2 years ago. It's ruined 2 floors from not being installed correct. He agreed to replacing the damage the first time it happened, but on the second occurrence he want even return my phone calls.. This is not away to run a business. I urge everyone to please use someone else that will do the job right the first time. Or at least MAN UP to your mistakes.

I acted as project manager for 28 townhouses downtown and used reeves as they were the cheapest bid. They were ill equiped with very poor managment. the most difficult sub I have had to work with on any job. they repeatedly failed to meet deadlines. Maybe ok for residential but did NOT perform for the projects they did for us...

Took out and replaced our old unit. Cleaned up everything and removed old unit. Did great job. Highly recommend them
