Doug is honest and very skilled AC Mechanic. Told him the issues and the symptoms about 3rd floor AC putting out hot air he knew the problem before he got to my house. Call him around 4:30PM and AC was working again at 5:30PM! That's what I call good service!

All-Pro is the best! They are prompt, reliable, professional, give attention to detail, and prices are very reasonable. My AC stopped an hour before I had 30 guests coming for a party in June. All-Pro had someone there immediately and fixed the problem so that the house was cool immediately - disaster was averted by my AC hero - All-Pro. My guests and I were so impressed. I cannot recommend All-Pro highly enough. They offer great service.

Doug is the greatest! My 19-year old Trane system condenser was still running OK but had a very slow Freon leak which was very difficult to find. Doug was very patient, methodical, and professional as he used a leak detector and then dye to pin point the leak. The leak has now been repaired and my old system is running just fine.

Thank you for taking the time to repair my old system rather than throwing in the towel on it and insisting that I purchase a new system. Other HVAC technicians would not be this willing to solve this problem.

I had my upstairs air go out and feared the worst case. The unit is 20 years old and figured I would need a new unit.
