Update 1/26/23: They are still amazing as ever! Tommy, Steve Jr., and Andrew did an awesome job putting a ductless mini split in my garage. They’ve been my team for HVAC for over a decade for a reason. This is my 3rd unit done by them (the previous are in different homes). I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you team!!!

Tommy and Andy were amazing as always! They came today to replace our tired old Carrier with a brand new Trane! They are so professional and extremely personable. They took the time to explain what we were getting and why in a way the average person can understand. We will be doing the other unit soon, and Whitmore will most certainly get our business again!

Whitmore Mechanical came out in February to change our belt and filters. They did a grear job so we requested they come back once a quarter to do preventative maintenance. The receptionist said someone would be in contact with me. It is now August and my A/C unit has yet to see them again. I had called them 3-4 times a month for the past 6 months for someone come out and it was always the same thing, "So and So will contact you to set something up." Today I finally said enough is enough and will be in search of a new A/C company. This place is not worth the 6 month wait.

Aiir not working in 90 degree weather. Whitmore came out same day, fixed my old unit. Technician explained each step and found a minor fixable problem. Whitmore has been keeping my antiquated air conditioner alive and saving me money.

Local, reliable and honest. Best on the islands. I've tried some of the other companies and was disappointed with their service and or their crazy high prices.

On time, fast service. They did a great job and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Will definitely use again.

Technicians know their stuff. Employer uses for all HVAC and heating issues.
