James Johnson was wonderful! Really appreciated his energy and positivity. He seems to be very hardworking and I will 100% use this company again because of him. I purchased this unit 6 years ago from Westberry. James installed the unit and has always come within a day of requesting service. I highly recommend Westberry Heating and Air!!!!

I am very glad that I signed up for semiannual service with Westberry HVAC for my short term vacation rental home. The technician always gives the system a thorough check up and I can feel confident there won't be any surprise breakdowns. If trouble does occur, I know they will promptly take care of it. This is so important when guests are visiting!

Such a wonderful professional company. Tech came out earlier than expected. The dispatch lady informed me of his arrival. When he came, he fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

We love James! He comes to us twice a year and we like that! ! He does a great job! Other companies from the past would always send someone different and there was alway dramas! Thanks James for your service, great stories and fun laughs!

Gary is the BEST!!! Very professional, kind and pleasant young man!! I was so excited for our air to work. He knew exactly was wrong and he quickly fixed the problem. We were very pleased to have someone come out on a Friday after hours. I made the call around 4:30 and the office assured me someone would come out. All the service technicians were out on calls. I was expecting them to tell me someone can come out tomorrow. Less than two hours our wonderful technician arrived.
I highly recommend Mr Gary and this company. Job well done!! We will continue to use their services, they have earned our trust.

I am a property maintenance supervisor. I initially contacted Westberry (years ago) when I had consistent trouble with a few other local companies arriving as scheduled for our appointment time/date and then being able to complete the necessary repairs/maintenance without having to leave the job for tools, equipment, or supplies.

I'm so glad I found Westberry! I have never received anything less than prompt and full service from any of the techs. They arrive as scheduled -often EARLIER, giving me a courtesy heads-up phone call- with everything they need to complete the job in one fell swoop! Even on the very rare occasion we get stuck waiting for an obscure replacement part, the techs have always found a way to maximize usability so my tenants aren't completely without use of their systems.

These folks are fast, efficient, courteous, and have always gone above and beyond for me, AND they are conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. I 100% recommend them with zero hesitation!

Westberry installed and has maintained my York HVAC for several years now and I have found the company very reliable and cost comparable to others in the business. And after Bubba thoroughly spring cleaned and checked my system today, I know I’ll be cool all summer.

Bubba solved our air conditioning problem in one visit. Our previous company could not find the problem in five attempts! Of course, we switched to Westberry. Bubba also did a very thorough 6 month maintenance check. Highly recommend him!

James has been servicing my 2 Air Conditioning Units for many many years. He is always on time, very polite, makes sure he has shoe covers on while in the house.
The two indoor units are in the attic and it's not that easy to get to the 2nd unit which is on the other end of the attic - James, being 6'3", has to be very careful to stay on the wooden beams to get from one end to the other.
The two outdoor units are easy to get to and check what needs to be checked.
