I really appreciate it Mr. Allen and Mr. Oscar from AQS for the quality work they did and how thoughtful and conscientious they were in being in our home.

Rhiannon on the phone was great and explained the entire process thoroughly and clearly.

EJ, Marlow and Joe showed up on time, did a thorough walk through of our home, and helped us understand the entire process before they began. They took their time but still worked quickly and took care of both of our units in a just a few hours. EJ shared before and after photos with us as they worked and all I can say it is that duct cleaning was a good idea. The air in our home is new crisp and the units are more efficient. High recommend.

Yan and Jose did a great job cleaning the ducts in our 1957 house in Marietta. From the scheduling and execution the process was smooth and professional. The before and after pictures were incredible, we never knew our duct had so much build up in them. We highly recommend AQS.

This was the first time I'd had the ducts in my house cleaned. I called AQS because they had good reviews. I was disappointed in the service. They basically did what I hired them to do - the ducts are clean. They took my grilles out in the driveway to wash them, which was fine, but the grilles had a gasket that sealed them to the wall. They stripped these off and left them in a pile in the driveway. I have several brown grilles that are located in paneling. After cleaning these, they reinstalled them with white screws. I asked why and they responded that was all they had. Several of the grilles had removable adjustment levers. They left these in the driveway too. They did the basic work, but I would use someone else next time.

I'm shocked that this excellent company only has 5 reviews! I was just looking them up to refer them to a customer, as I have done well over 200 times, and figured I should add one more. I have used AQS probably over 50 times as a subcontractor on mold remediation and fire damage restoration projects, and have referred them directly to customers many more times than that. I have always had happy customers, and have only ever had 2 small problems on the jobs they did for me, which they happily corrected. I explained to my customer that I don't refer contractors lightly, but I refer Air Quality Systems with full faith and confidence.

When I called about having my ductwork cleaned, the representative was very thorough in explaining the process and assessing my needs. The technicians arrived promptly and were very efficient in completing the process. They showed me what they’d removed and cleaned up thoroughly. I was very pleased with their work.

Fast and friendly services. I also had them install UV light & Orion generator. I would recommend Air Quality Systems. Great services👏🏽

We had a great crew. We have a 3400 sq ft home, with very dirty ducts. When the guys we’re done everything looked new again.

I can't tell you how happy I am that I called Air Quality Systems and had them service my condo. I'm a renter, and I don't like that it's uncommon for renters to require an "inspection" of their next living space. About 3 days before I was supposed to move in I went to change the air filter on my HVAC and it was so disgusting. Black dust and animal hair all over the place and even up into the return. It looked like this had been sitting here collecting dust and mold for decades.

I called at least 8-10 different places asking for air duct cleaning, and most didn't want to service a condo/apartment complex. Others needed a parking space in front of the unit (which I didn't have.) It came down to two places and Air Quality was one of them. The receptionist was SO wonderful. She listened and she understood my needs. Not just that I needed help, but that I needed it in the next 1-2 days! I felt like the receptionist worked hard to get me booked the next day. Air Quality priced me higher than the other company, but I believe I paid for top quality and service. I felt taken care of, and I'd pay the extra $30 to be treated like a person.

The technicians were on time and thorough. We got to talk and they showed me everything they were doing. Their attention to detail was beyond my expectations. They took apart what they could and sanitized everything. They even stayed and did my dryer vent for a small extra fee. They were wonderful people and did a wonderful job. I feel like I can breathe easy in my home now, and the AC unit feels as if it's working like new! Thank you to the team at Air Quality! I highly recommend them!
