Very professional and conducted them self in a manner that superseded my expectations. They were ahead of schedule so they were kind enough to call and see if they could proceed earlier than expected two hour window. Of course this worked out better for me. The crew worked efficiently and finished earlier than expected. The crew did a awesome job and I am so glad that I did not choose a company based on price, because they are some companies that run specials for $299 or below and do a third of the work that these people did for me. Very Thorough process at a fair price.

EJ and Alan were our service technicians and they were fantastic. They were very professional and respectful of our home, they wore boot covers and masks inside. They were very knowledgeable and thorough and helped me understand the services they were providing and steps involved. They cleaned up after the service and ensured everything was in perfect working condition before they left. I felt confident that the cleaning was done effectively. The air immediately smelled cleaner and the vents were blowing with more force afterwards.

I would like to commend the entire staff who I worked with to have my ducts cleaned. Rhiannon was very helpful in explaining the process and sending information to help me make my choice to go with Air Quality Systems. Antonio Kane and Nichols was great. They arrived ahead of time and did an excellent job. They answer all my questions and educated me on the process. They did a great job in cleaning up after the process was completed. Sue Law was great in taking my payment and following up in e-mailing me my receipt. Great job all around. Thanks again!!!

From start to finish everything was perfect. Anton and all the team members are great. While on site they where very respectful and mindful of our home and family. They brought to our attention a safety hazard that had nothing to do with them but made sure to show us. Cant say enough about Air Quality. Perfect customer service !!
