The professionals were on time, very courteous and responsive to all of our concerns and questions. Cleaned up their mess without asking. He requested that we not try to clean up after them that he will take care of. After installation the representative and the installer gave us a very informative lesson on how to use the system and hooked it up to WiFi so we could take advantage of the many features. Great Job!

We were very pleased with the Rheem Heat Pump unit that was installed by Wright Heating & Cooling install crew. They also replaced 4 ducts to better to distribute the heat and cool for the house.
Are old unit was 13 years old and not efficient at all.

I called and left a message with Wright Heating & Cooling because our hot water heater wasn’t working properly and we were looking to upgrade the water heater. Jay returned the call himself and came out that afternoon. He was very professional and knowledge! He explained all our options and helped us make a decision concerning what was best for our needs. He was extremely timely in ordering what we needed and getting it installed. Jay has outstanding customer service, is honest, and was very reliable! He was easy to work with in scheduling the repair and installation of a second water heater due to us being “part timers” at our lake house.I highly recommend Wright Heating & Cooling and we will most definitely use this company for our future needs!

Well at first Mr. Wright came and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost for the new air conditioner. He installed it and the air conditioning unit is performing as expected. But, after that I have called Mr. Wright several times and he has not responded to any of my calls. I finally wrote him an email and reminded him how much I spent with his company in installing a new air conditioner. Since then I have made 1 or 2 calls asking him to come out and help me out with my thermostat and he has not called me back. On the second call he said he would come. I do not know if Mr. Wright is ill or is extremely busy with other customers. I just needed him to come out and help with my thermostat and now I need a ceiling fan installed. I have not contacted him, but I have tried to get in touch with companies and they refuse come out too. I am sort of sick and tired of them refusing to come to my house to help me with my electrical problems.

AC died and Wright's came to the rescue. It's just a fact that the AC always goes out in August. Called them and they were able to inspect the same day. Turned out we needed a replacement and with 2 days it was installed. Patrick and Michael were excellent. The owner followed up with us immediately to ensure we were happy with their service. Will recommend them to others.

After my request for service was found in Jay’s spam folder, he called me and came out immediately and solved my fan problem and installed new thermostat upstairs. Jay is very professional and his work is exemplary. His rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
