Earls Heating and Air Conditioning

I hired Earl to come and work on my AC just over a month ago. He got the air to work fine that day ($675 later) and put a 30 day warranty on my invoice for service calls. Well here we are just over 30 days later with the SAME AC problem, and he is wanting to charge me ANOTHER $85 to come and diagnose the problem that he should’ve fixed a month ago. I will not be using his services ever again.

They came in and gave an estimate to replace a 5 Ton Heat Pump and Air Handler for $9,895.00. Bear Comfort Heating and Air came in and replaced the unit and only charged $4,567.00 to do the same exact job and got a better unit than with Earls. That is robbery what Earls is charging. Bear Comfort is out of Grayson and drove 2 hours to the job and charged less than half! You are better off calling Bear Comfort!!!.

Earl, does a great job! He came on a Saturday and had the unit repaired in less than an hour. He is a very trustworthy person no worries about him coming in and out of my home.

From the moment my email was answered, until Matt & Charlie walked out my door,I was treated with the upmost respect. Lauren was the consultant I met with. What a smart informed young lady. Lauren listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions in the most simple terms. She was very patient,I felt very much at ease with her. She presented her recommendations that would best suit my needs. She was unsure of a specific issue and didn't hesitate to inform me of this . Lauren called Ken(owner) to get his input. Together they both came back the next day to assess the issue. ( Lauren had already earned my business, she just didn't know it yet!) They then presented the solution, again in simple terms! Hired!! Installation dates and times were finalized. As the installers showed up smiling, they each introduced themselves;Matthew,Thomas and Charles, what courteous young men! They gave me the plan for the day and right to work they went. Lauren stopped by to check on things. They were very careful to keep their work areas clean and safe. I was immediately consulted with all concerns that arose. I was given options and explanations. There were some serious plumbing issues brought to my attention that I would never have know about until they had become emergent!! They even let me know when they were going to lunch! At the end of the day I was given a report of the days work,the plan for the following day and who would be coming. Second day same as the first,work,work,work,smiles,smiles smiles! Except now we're on even friendlier terms; Matt,Tom & Charlie!! Final Day, job finished I was given a tour of the work. I was given tips and how to's, all my questions answered! I can't say enough about this company. Earl would be proud! I had done some research prior to reaching out for estimates. I then had five estimates for high efficiency furnace & AC replacement. Their estimate was within $500. of the other four. Their professionalism and dedication to my HVAC needs were above and beyond!!

Once again, Earl's to the rescue!!! Earl's did a great job replacing our A/C and now he has sone a auper job fixing our heat. Thank you Earl Suggs and Earl's Heating and Air!!!

Called Earl at 10:30 pm and he came within 20 minuets and fixed my heater !Thanks for a job well done and reasonable price.

Came out on Sunday, fixed the problem in less than two hours. I highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs.

Best service in middle Georgia.I called him Thursday and He had my a/c fixed Friday and for a cheap price !!!
