So very happy with the service they provided! We had an emergency call on the day before a holiday weekend and not only were they able to come out the same day, but they were also able to clean the condenser coils and service the unit. I know who we'll be using from now on!!

In searching for a quote for a complete HVAC system replacement I left no stone unturned. I gathered 11 quotes and Lawrence of Air Masters of Macon earned by business through his professionalism and straight shooting. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions, plus give good advice and presented options for me without entering into “salesman mode”. I was disappointed with the sales approach taken by many others from whom I received quotes- I often felt like I was on a car lot, receiving quotes on a lot of things and services that I KNEW I did not need. I did much homework before seeking these quotes and Lawrence got right to the point in quoting me fairly and by far and away quoted me the lowest price.....beat the nearest competitor quote on similar equipment by a substantial amount of $$$.
Lawrence himself came to our job to assist and oversee the work. His entire team was very professional, respectful of our home and were very down to earth, hard-working guys. Entire HVAC switch out (air handler, outside unit, drip pan, float switch, flushing lines, charging new system , testing, (no ductwork) completed in about 4.5 hours.
I have no doubt that this company will stand by their work. Trust me- you absolutely want to give this company a shot at providing you a quote. My highest recommendation!!!

The owner of this business is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honost. I had several AC companies giving me recommendation for repairs that was not necessary and costly, but when I called Air Masters of Macon, he responded promptly and diagnosed the peroblem and repaired the issue with fraction of the cost. Highly recommend this buisiness.

I would give Air Masters 101 stars if they’d allow it. Mr. Vincent has been keeping our house comfortable since he was employed by another company and we were more than thrilled when he started his own group. He responds quickly to texts and calls. He does not over charge and fixes what’s broken and that’s all. He will also fuss at you for not changing your filters. He is an expert in the HVAC field and I highly recommend him. Air Masters are just that...MASTERS!

I have been a customer of Air Masters for approx 5+years and within that time I have never had a negative experience with customer service, punctuality, or the work itself. Recently I had my HVAC unit replaced at my Rental property. Lawrence and his staff were very helpful and patient with me starting with the lady that works in the office. If you have ever had to deal with home warranty companies Lawrence explained the process to me and assisted me in getting my claim completed. As hard as it was for me to spend the money to get it done. I am happy I had a group of trustworthy professionals to spend my money with! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my HVAC needs! The owner is very unprofessional. They don’t give accurate quotes and don’t arrive on time. I would not recommend this service to anyone. They scheduled an appointment and cancelled the appointment after the said they were coming.
