Update: We've used them a few more times and have been exceptionally pleased. We just had them install a new AC unit. They worked so hard and had it finished in a morning. The price was extremely fair and affordable. They were respectful of my home and my time and provided excellent customer service. I'm recommending them to everyone I know.

The staff were very professional, they were very respectful, prompt, and the cleaned behind themselves. They even followed the Covid-19 guidelines. Caleb was very professional and respectful. Very knowledgeable as well. Though nothing was wrong with my a/c other than this massive heat wave going on. He did make my smart Ecobee t‘stat dumb for me….thank goodness! And he identified maker of my unit and whether it was under warranty (it is!)

Was referred to Air Masters through my home warranty for possible unit replacement. Lawrence the owner, is very professional and easy to talk to. Once received approval from home warranty, unit was replaced in 3 days. They came on a cold rainy day and installed outside combo unit. Excellent service and communication throughout. Highly recommended to serve as HVAC technician and will definitely use if any other issues arise. Thank you For making my home warranty experience a success.

I love their service. Dependability is the first word that comes to mind when I need my unit serviced. One great quality about this company is I don't have to wait long. When my air went out he made it personal, without hesitation, it was fixed. The company prices are reasonable also.

I was most pleased with the prompt response to my call regarding 89 degree weather and NO air condition. I have used the services of Air Masters for the past 6 years since that time, replaced my unit only after knowing with a certainty that my ac unit needed replacing and recommended the company to my parents when they moved here 2 years ago. We call Air Masters for our air conditioning needs because of the courteous, professional and prompt service. My parents air conditioning unit was well over 30 years old and at the request of my father, Mr. Lawrence worked on that unit until he could no longer work on the unit. When Mr. Lawrence felt that he could no longer save my parents money he recommended that the unit be replaced. The unit was replaced and Air Masters was good about laying out all the options per my parents budget. Air Masters technicians are highly skilled and very knowledgeable and customer service is superb. Mr. Lawrence and his team of technicians are highly recommended by my family.
