We have been clients of CCS for about 23 years. They are always efficient, prompt, and exceed our expectations. As an office building, I asked them to come out last Friday to provide an estimate for our defunct HVAC system. In two hours I had our estimate. On Tuesday morning I told them we wanted to install the new unit and it was installed by 5:30 p.m. same day. Kevin and Clayton were our service technicians. They could not have been more careful or polite and they respected the fact that we had to carry on business, whether they were here or not!

My experience started with building my house,this is the company that installed my air and heat.There are two ways to do a new install cheap and quick or engineered correctly. The efficiency of doing it correctly has already paid off. During the last 14 years When something has broken they have responded quickly to my satisfaction.

Controlled Climate Solutions performed beyond my expectations.

Chris spent the most time compared to our other 6 companies that we received bids from explaining the product lines his company offers. He explained all the different options and helped us select a proper HVAC system to suit our energy efficient requirements.

He was the only representative put specific model numbers in his quote for each and every component so that we can verify the system is what we wanted.

We had an inefficient Carrier Infinity central HVAC system that went out and we were told the entire AC unit needed to be replaced. We wanted to change to a more energy efficient HVAC system that could be 100% powered by our solar panels during peak summer and winter months and was more dependable than the Carrier system.

After extensive research and multiple bids, we concluded that we wanted to change over to the Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system and have Controlled Climate Services design and install the units because they offered a 12 Year Parts warranty for this system.

They even disposed of the old HVAC system for us which other companies were going to give us a separate quote to do.

If you are considering replacing or installing a new HVAC system, I highly recommend contacting these guys to get you the best deal for quality work and dependable products.

A few days ago the AC in my hair salon stopped working and the temperature went up to 90 degrees. 🥵 Thanks to the guys from controlled climate services the problem was fixed very quickly.
