It was a very cold Christmas Eve when I realized my heat had gone out. I didn't have much hope that I'd get it fixed before Christmas, but found this company and decided to give it a shot--what's much more mission critical than saving Christmas?? I called about noon and was hopeful when they answered right away and said they'd send a tech out. It was only a few hours and DJ called to let me know he was on his way. He identified the problem that would require a part that obviously couldn't be acquired until after Christmas weekend but he gave me a short term fix that kept me nice and toasty. He even texted me the day after Christmas to ask me if it was still holding up. Sure enough, Monday morning I get a call from Chris saying he's on his way with the part, and in a short time he told me he was done and presented me with an amazingly reasonable bill. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Mission Critical Comfort Solutions to anyone looking for an HVAC company they can trust! They were a pleasure to work with, and that is not something I say lightly. They were friendly, very responsive, punctual, professional, and the rates were the best I've seen!

I have had a dead A/C for years, literally. Every HAVC repair told me we had to replace the unit at costs up to 10k. Travis from Mission Critical had my unit on in 10 minutes and in a hour had us diagnosed. In less than two hours he had us up and running for a good price. They came today to do major work on my unit. They found another problem with our fan. They replaced the fan and did not add it to the quoted price. The reason: service over money.

What company does this?

We called on a Sunday afternoon and Mission Critical arrived within 1 hour. The AC went out and Chris was able to make the repair on the spot. Thank you so much for the fast, excellent service.

I called Mission Critical at 4:45pm and my air conditioner was fixed that evening. Amazing response time! Chris did an excellent job explaining the problem and recommending a solution. Chris was great, and I bet he's just as good at his second job as a comedian. :)

Sergei did a good job servicing our heat pump. He was courteous, professional and thorough. We enjoyed meeting this very nice young man. Five Stars!

Mission Critical is awesome! Answer the phone any time day or night, and they will tell you or talk you through anything without trying to oversell. Case in point: I self- diagnosed a dead fan motor and I asked if they could get me one. DJ checked with his suppliers and said that he couldn't get a universal or third party motor for it, but her could get an factory replacement for $300 and recommended I order it online. Then he recommended a new capacitor as well. I got the new motor online for $140 and the capacitor for $12. Turns out, the problem was the capacitor. Then they offered to take the spare motor off my hands. He basically talked me through a process that would have cost me $400 (if they did it all) for $12. 10/10 would call again!

As a business owner with multiple properties they have lowered my operating expenses and have always delivered quick, exceptional service. They explain all repair options and I've been very happy with their preventative maintenance program and look forward to continuing to work with them.
