Called and company had tech Chris Townsend at my door with an hour. Diagnosed and fixed issue with my HVAC immediately. Very honest and thorough with explaining process and had me back up and running quickly. Very grateful to find a company that gets the job done with precisely what was needed. Absolutely amazing customer service from the initial call through the repair. Chris, the technician showed up exactly when they said He would, He was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and courteous. We were fully prepared to replace our unit and He knew that, but instead, found there was a much smaller solution to our problem, and was honest about it and has us back up and cooling off in no time! Will not hesitate to call them again in the future for any of my heating or cooling needs!

I contacted them on a Sunday in the afternoon. The tech was on his way home but did a great deed by deciding to come assist me first. He was to me within a HOUR of the call! That’s great business. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. This company saved my family from having a very warm night. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Thank you Mission Critical for making time to install a new air conditioning unit on one of the hottest days of the year. Chris came out on a Wednesday to assess our situation & we needed a whole new unit, his guys were out here the next morning (on time ) and worked all day so we wouldn't have to go without a/c another day. Very efficient, nice guys. Highly recommend giving them a call!

Our air conditioning quit working Friday night. I called Saturday morning and within 4 hours they were at our home. Thankfully, it was just the capacitor and it was a quick fix. Chris showed us the failed part and explained why it happened. I was very pleased with him and their service.

I was going to have MCCS install a new system in my house. The salesman, Chris, was very professional and courteous and honestly the reason why they received a two-star and not a one-star review.

The evening prior to installation, I did have a text reminding me to sign the papers, no mention of a deadline. So I got around to signing the papers that evening around 11 or so.

Day of installation, I received a text saying they couldn't come out because financing documents weren't sign by 8 PM the night prior. He attempted to call, but it didn't come through, nor did he leave a voicemail. This deadline was never mentioned to me.

So I called the office and spoke to a receptionist and she informed me, someone would call me back. I waited an hour, no call, so I called the office again. This time the receptionist put me through to someone which turned out to be the owner of the company.

The owner makes a mountain out of a mole hill. An honest mistake, of theirs mind you, of not mentioning any deadline of signing documents was the only issues I had up to this point. During the course of the conversation, the owner started raising his voice and clearly pointed out that it's a busy summer and they didn't need my business. So I walked and thankfully found a company, Premier Heating and Air/Sullivan's, that could actually get a good product and had it installed with-in the same week!

They responded on a Saturday for an AC outage. I was told of the technician's status and an approximate time. Sergei, the technician called when he was ready to come to the property and arrived when he said he would. He quickly identified the problem, checked for parts and then accomplished the repair. He also inspected the whole system and performed maintenance on the condensate drain. Repair on a Saturday actually cost about the same as a recent similar problem on another unit during normal business hours.

Sergei also inspected a unit in our attached apartment before departing and gave us a quick diagnosis. I have a scheduled repair time during normal hours for this repair.

I highly recommend Mission Critical Comfort
