Very unprofessional organization. Service tech came out was supposed to get back in touch and 5 days later when we followed up we were told the persons in charge "hadn't gotten around to it" "we are swamped and are doing the best we can".....my question why were we not told by way of a phone call that you would not be able to handle the problem? Answer: I don't know......???? So we are taking out business to another HVAC contractor that understands the importance of customer service.

Woke up 4th of July morning and my AC was not blowing cold air. I had 30+ ppl coming to my house at 6 PM for a party and no AC!! I called our normal guy who of course was not around because of the holiday and 4 other local companies before calling Jefferson H&A. They were out within 30 mins and have me fixed in about an hour or so!! So thankful for these guys!!! Awesome ppl!!!!

I had two previous experiences with this company and was satisfied with them being on time and doing the job I asked for a quote on a third time and was given a quote . I wrote the check and waited for them to come but after a month and a half and several phone calls after being told that they didn't have time to do it they had too much else to do I guess I finally was told by them to call somebody else. I will.

Have used this company for years on my personal home and rentals; however, they will not call me back about new equipment needs. Customer service is non-existent. I will no longer use them or recommend them to others.

Asked for quote for two new systems. Guy came out looked around but never heard from him. The systems that they installed before were never quite right. Many problems. Use them at your own risk!

0 stars if it would let me. Just got off the phone and I was told they are not taking on new customers lol. Well, well, I hope hope your company falls apart and I will be sure to never use or recommend your company.

They do a good job and are usually resonable. Sometimes they are a little behind. I have been in Jefferson for a while and found the repairs that they do to be about half price but sometimes they are a few days behind.

Honest, dependable, respectful to you and your home, and most of all high quality work with a fair price. They are my professionals of choice for heating and air.- Kevin York

Great bunch of folks...this is our second unit with them...the last one lasted 38 years...cant beat that....Richie is wonderful....cant beat them.
