Mr Chavez came out and was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable.

2 days ago I had another company come out and diagnosed a compressor leak.

I got a second opinion from AirTouch and Mr Chavez went above and beyond to triage and identify the root cause.

Ultimately, the compressor coil was not the leak, the evaporator coil in the attic was slowly leaking Freon.

At a rental house, after using a less reliable company (that could not find a refrigerant leak in a heat pump system, said it must be behind a wall and would cost more than $1500.00 to repair) a friend recommended Air Touch. They came out the next day, found the problem in a few minutes, then cleaned and tuned up the system.
I've used and recommended Air Touch more than a dozen times at my house and rentals and every time they have gone above and beyond. They are honest and professional and if I called on a Friday and they said they couldn't get to me until Monday, which probably would never happen, I would wait until Monday.

My upstairs unit was not working this morning. Chris came by approx 1 hour after I called and had it repaired and cleaned in about 1 hour. Prompt, quick and reasonable charge.

I contacted Air Touch because of their furnace tune up special for the fall and was very pleased with the service. They not only checked my system, but the technician also explained to me issues I may have in the future. They didn't try to up sell me or pressure me into spending more money. I will definitely use them again when I need my A/C serviced to prepare for summer.

Hands down the best HVAC people in Atlanta! They have done new installations and maintenance for me over the last year and are very responsive and service oriented. Any call I have made is returned promptly and they show up when they say they will. No games and they deliver what they promise. You will not find a better company to handle you heating and air needs.

I was shopping around calling different companies to get a fair price on my home repairs. This was second company I called and last! From my first phone call with the guys to them coming out to my home, the service was beyond GREAT! The customer service started from the phone call,, to the service to even after the job was done! Love this company and the service providers. They do excellent work. I call and within a day they have been to my home to check, install, and clean our HVAC units. I won't use anyone else since finding this company!!

Chris came right away on a Friday after hours. Fixed the problem. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt!! Very thankful and will definitely use his service again!
