Air Touch HVAC

So our furnace would not pump air starting last night. So we call Air Touch HVAC this morning and we were told that the service call would be tomorrow. But Chavez came out today anyway. He got the furnace working and we even did a service plan that is reasonably priced. Everything was fixed and ready for the summer after he left. We are grateful. The company was recommended by my parents and this is the best ever.

Replaced our upstairs HVAC. Responded with next day service. Very pleased. Worked it all day long to finish the job. Good service. Professional.

Christopher Hudson was excellent! He took time to show the issue and explained. Also provided information regarding regular maintenance to be proactive in the longevity of my HVAC system. Highly recommend the the company and Christopher.

Sadrach Chavez, one of the owners, performed the maintenance on our HVAC unit. He was friendly, courteous and very professional when he came to service our units. He took time to explain/discuss the services he performed and also provided a list of items that needed to be replaced or serviced. The follow-up appointment to replace/service parts on my unit was handled promptly. I was very pleased by his work and did not feel like I was being taken advantage of like I have felt in the past with other HVAC companies. I would definitely refer AirTouch to family & friends.

We called late business day on Friday. They answered and said they could come out Saturday morning. They kept us updated on when they would arrive and were on time. Very professional and friendly and I was shocked when I got the invoice and it was so inexpensive. They didn't try to sell us any extra services. These are our new A/C guys! Thanks guys for saving our summer!
