Head Heating and Air Conditioning

I am waiting for someone to come and do the work..been waiting for sometime.I Called lady said waiting on part. They should have called me instead of me calling them to let me know what the hold up was. Please follow up!

5 star all the way. Excellent installation and professional st all levels. Very impressed. Not at all what I am used to experiencing with HVAC so much better. Super reliable.

Our hvac unit failed the Thursday before a really cold snap was due to hit on Sunday. We called five companies to see how quickly we could get the unit replace. Four of them told us it would take until the next week to install a new unit because they had to order the unit they were proposing to install. We called Head late Thursday morning, Adam Guerin came out before 1 pm and we called him back around 5 pm to let him know we had decided to use them. We had the new hvac unit and thermostat installed by about noon on Friday! We could not be happier! Adam was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Nobody wants to spend a whole bunch of money on a new hvac until but if you have to, Head is the company to use!

We needed new ductwork. The company we had been using wouldn't even return our call. Head came out the same week and took care of us. We know who to turn to from now on.
