This company is great. A local company had come out many times to fix the same problem and kept charging me. They kept blaming it on my wiring when nothing was wrong with my wiring. I got a recommendation for them from a friend in the commercial HVAC business. Brian came out and immediately knew what the problem was. His tab was a fourth of what the other company had been charging me.

I called them at 6pm after they had closed and it was Greg’s day off. I told them my AC was set to 70 degrees but it was 79 inside my house. Greg said he’d be right over! That’s amazing to me! The other AC companies haven’t even called me back.

Professional and reasonable for an AC company. I use them for my rental property. I call and they schedule time to come out with the tenant. They will contact me if the cost is over a certain amount, if not do the job and send me the invoice and I pay online.

Thanks to Greg Head and his technicians for installing a new system at Philadelphia Baptist Church on Good Friday in terrible weather conditions so we could have normal services on Easter. Y'all are the best. I am also a satisfied customer!

I was told by another Heating and Cooling company that it was time to replace our 10 yr old heat pump at a cost of several thousand $s. I called Greg to get a quote on a replacement unit. This is something that he could have done over the phone BUT he took the time to come to my home and test the unit himself. His test results were quite different than the ones I got from the first company. I am having a "happy dance" about not having to spend several thousand dollars.
