After someone stole our a/c units in the middle of the summer, we contacted several contractors and decided to go with Citywide. Their prices were reasonable and they offered the best warranty for the units that we purchased. The units were installed within 24 hours. Terence is very professional, and takes the time to answer any and all questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend Citywide and will use them in the future.

Fantastic customer service! I was told by a company that my heating element went out at my house. The company charged me a service fee but told me if I got the problem fixed, it would go towards the total price. I decided to contact Citywide can was shocked that their price was 1/3 of what the company charged me. Not only were they cheaper but their customer services was A1. They even gave me some preventive maintenance tips and showed me how to change my filter. I would truly recommend this company.

I've had my air conditioning "fixed" multiple times by these guys and it never sticks. They'll come and fix it and days later it'll be broken again. I wouldn't go with these clowns.
