Worked with Reginald on getting a new circuit and breakers wired from a new water heater to my panel. Reginald did a great job at a fair price, and was extremely responsive to my texts and messages. REFUSED OUR CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT!!

Today we made an appointment and the service guy was supposed to come here from 11AM to 1PM. But he did not contact us until 1:30PM. (At first we were even questioning ourselves if we live in 2 different time zones lol.) On the phone he said he thought the service time was 2-4 instead of 11-1. He then told us that he was on his way but few minutes later he REFUSED to come here because he decided it would be too much work for him, and he could not handle the job by himself. We have a cat nearly dying because of the heat. It’s 90F outside and we literally begged!!!!

We were not complaining about the skill of service but we are very disappointed about the irresponsibility.

I hope he can still make big money by not working hard.
