I’m an avid consumer of small business owners. I used Royalty for three repairs, but it was during the third repair that the experience was very unprofessional and damaging to my home. During the third visit, one of the employees stepped through my ceiling instead of stepping on the beam in the attic. Foot through the ceiling! Fiberglass falling! He said they would pay for the repair to my ceiling, but it was distant communication after I paid for the repair and they left. I would reach out and not receive a response. Then when it came to paying for the damage to my ceiling, he began to raise his voice at me over the phone and tell me he’s not paying for the repair. I have no reason to swindle anyone out of money. I’m not hurting for money and I don’t chase money. He made it seem as though I was trying to pocket money even though the ceiling repair person was here at my home doing the repair. On top of that he left trash behind in my home. No respect. Due to this I just won’t be using Royalty in the future.

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They actually made my situation worse! I will be disputing my charges and pursuing legal activity against this company- thankfully I have a relative who’s an attorney!

They overcharged my AC unit with too much coolant.I tried more than 8 times calling them but no response. I called from a different number and they answered on the first ring.

I had to contact another company to get the job done.

I called and they showed up within 15 minutes - I had called 2 other companies and still no word from them. They were super nice and efficient. They were able to get my AC fixed. I would highly recommend them again.

I would not recommend this service company to anyone. They wasted time and money. Came out to service my unit. Had to call people to ask what this or that might be. Checked the pressure and had me change my filter and told me to see if that helps.

I've been in contact with this company for the past 5 days. They never pick up when you call, and when they do return your call (2/10 chances that they will) they tell me they'll come and look at my AC, but they never come. I asked if they can let me know if they are not able to provide the service, so that I can set up an appointment with another company, but no response. Today, guy called me at 10:50 saying he'll be here in 15 mins and he's on the way. Its now 1:45, not a peep from their side, and when I call & text, no response. Will he ever show up? Who knows.

Milton is the man. He absolutely saved the day on a hot Sunday afternoon when I couldn't get a response from anyone else. Milton showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue and had cold air pumping again within an hour. When the other AC unit went out a few weeks later, Milton was my first call and he delivered once again.

He's reliable, knowledgeable, and unlike many technicians I've tried, he communicates well. Don't hesitate to call Royalty for your HVAC needs. They've got you covered.

Called Royalty about a month ago to have an HVAC unit serviced. They sent a technician who (possibly) overcharged the unit, and now, the unit (that used to cool) does not cool properly.

They ignored my calls and texts for a few weeks, then finally yesterday, the owner visited the property and attempted to service the unit again.

Less than 10 hours later, we have the same problem, an HVAC unit that used to cool (prior to them servicing the unit) that no longer cools. And again, no one is answering the phone, or responding to our text messages.

Would not recommend.
