Excellent and timely and honest service. The owner called to let me know arrival time and came when promised. A/C was not working.. Diagnosis was correct and only needed a small electrical part. NO up-selling.
Really great service for less money than a lot of the big HVAC chains. Milton is a great communicator and is responsive to questions. He was also willing to work with my warranty company, and got the work done a day earlier than anticipated. Highly recommended!
As a first time home owner, I was hesitant to make my first big purchase but after reading all the positive reviews on Google, I decided to go with Royalty Heating and Air. I'll called them late Wednesday afternoon and they were at my house first thing Thursday morning! He explained everything to me and was patient with my questions. This was by far the best value I found on a new HVAC system and it was super fast and properly. It also came with a free 10 year warranty. Definitely recommend!!
THIS COMPANY HAS A “F” rating with the BBB and a 1.0 on Yelp. I wish I had done my homework instead of going off of a referral. Listen I advice you NOT to use this company. I purchased a unit from them in 2015. I messaged and called multiple times when the unit wouldn’t cool the following summer (he gave me a 10 year warranty but what good is it if you don’t honor it). Initially he took my calls and said he would come out as quickly as he could. Needless to say he never came. Actually starting avoiding my calls. I’m positive he did this because when I called him from another number, he answered. After simply patch fixing the unit each year to get by, i finally just spent the money for a new unit. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!’
The owner of this company came out to service my unit and did absolutely nothing to fix the unit other than charge it. Well he put too much coolant in the unit and caused more problems and never fixed the original issue. Talking with someone on the phone, who has never seen the unit, they told me what was wrong.
When I called to have him come back out since he said he'd come back out within 10 days if it's still having issues, he never came although he promised he would. He made two appointments and was a no show each time. He stopped answering and returning my calls. It was a total waste of money and I had to get someone else out to do what I paid him to do and fix the problems he caused.
Milton did a great job and was very professional. He was able to come out the same day I called to have my unit serviced and the condensation pipe outside of my house adjusted. Great job!
Milton did a great job helping us when our furnace blower motor died and the AC wouldn't work in the middle of summer! He tracked down a replacement and hooked it up in no time! Nice and friendly!
