Esquire is an absolutely fantastic service provider. Kyle is knowledgeable, upfront, and easily one of the most fair and reasonable individuals with whom I have ever done business. I cannot envision myself ever calling anyone but Esquire in the future, and would recommend them as highly as possible.

Great experience with Esquire when my unit stopped cooling all of a sudden. They came out in the morning and fixed me up for a good price. Even offered me advice for the future. I will use them again in the future.

Kyle and Charles were awesome. I knew from the first phone call that Kyle knew his stuff as he explained the systems not even seeing the unit. He came the next day early in the morning to make sure that things were handled and that we could get air with the summer weather upon us. He embodied professionalism and class with a friendly demeanor the entire time and made sure I had a working p trap and liquid line filter in the new system he installed. I have no doubt my unit will work well for years to come. I’d highly recommend this black-owned business!!

I had a guy come “fix” the ac HVAC unit from the company that installed it. They came to my house about 5-6 times without resolving the problem. They left yesterday saying it was fixed but my house was still cold and the outside unit never turned on. Fed up, I called Esquire after the installer left and they arrived the next day. They diagnosed the problem, showed me the problem, and fixed the problem. My house has been the warmest it has been since I moved in a month ago. They gave me a good price, were on time, professional, honest, nice, and took pride in their work. My light bill was $400 for 3 weeks of use...for a cold house. This has been a total relief. So glad I called them. Good service is hard to find, but when you do...it makes all the difference.

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had working with Kyle and team at Esquire Heating and Air. I came home from Thanksgiving to find that my HVAC unit was not heating correctly. I received an initial quote from a company I have used in the past. However, I wasn't pleased with the diagnosis and the lack of transparency with pricing. So, I googled other HVAC companies, and Esquire caught my attention due to its 5 star rating. I called, and Kyle picked up and was so personable. I explained what I was dealing with, and the bind that I was in (my home was COLD) and Kyle, without hesitation, adjusted his schedule to come out the very next morning! Kyle was extremely responsive and kept me updated on his ETA the following morning. Once he arrived, he and team went straight to work diagnosing the issue. Come to find out, I didn't need the type of repair that I was quoted from the previous company. My HVAC system really just needed some TLC. However, Kyle went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He and is partner examined every inch of my unit, taking out parts, cleaning, tightening screws, double checking functionality, etc. Kyle also explained everything that he was doing, and why he was doing it in a really clear and understandable way. My HVAC system seemed very intimidating, and was something I must admit I neglected. However, after being informed with all of the tips and tricks Kyle gave me, I now feel educated and empowered. Please trust me when I say that you MUST go to Esquire Heating and Air for ALL of your HVAC needs! Kyle has earned a loyal customer out of me, and I will refer his company to anyone I know in need. He's just THAT good, and sets that bar so high with his level of service, that you will never want to go anywhere else.

I was familiar with Kyle whereas he had already worked on several projects at a previous employer of mine. However, I had a personal emergency and Charles came out. He came the same day which was amazing because the temp inside my home was 83. He immediately dived in to diagnose the issue. He found 3 things wrong, which explained the reason I've had a $500 power bill for the last 3 months. He solved 2 of the problems within an hour which caused the a/c to start blowing a little cooler immediately. And he came out the very next day and completed the third issue. These guys are AMAZING and very professional!!!

Esquire Heating and Air does amazing work!! They showed up on time, were extremely professional and very informative. They pin pointed the issue I was having, was able to explain it to me in a way that I fully understand and best of all were able to fix it in a timely manner. I’ve done business with a few other Hvac companies in the city and I will only use them from here on out. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. He has been my go to HVAC contractor for the past 3 years servicing all my HVAC units at my various business locations in the metro Atlanta area. Esquire HVAC was very prompt and extremely professional. They conducted a very thorough maintenance on both of our hvac units. I didn’t feel like my service was rushed and Kyle took the time to go over everything so there weren’t any surprises. We received very fair pricing.
