I was very satisfied with the service provided by Esquire Heating and Air. They responded promptly to my initial call, arranged an appointment for the following day, and arrived wearing the appropriate protective equipment, given the current situation. They completed the job quickly, and I was pleased with the cost of the work.

Technician diagnosed a freon leak and was to proposed a replacement unit Never got the proposal. The lack of follow through resulted in the low rating. Second company diagnosed a leak in the core, sent a rep to review diagnosis and develop replacement proposal. big difference in service execution.

I was referred to Esquire from my neighbor when my heat went out the week it was 25 degrees in Atlanta. They came out right away and made the repair (including driving to Lithia Springs from NE Atlanta for the part). The price was fair and I would highly recommend their business...especially Charles, he was awesome!

The service technician was on time, he had expertise in his field and took care of my service needs very quickly. He took the time to explain how the system worked and exactly what my issues were and how it caused my problem. He had everything complete very quickly and at an excellent price.

Wow I just had the greatest experience with ESQUIRE HVAC. I am a new home owner in the Buckhead area and don’t know much about how it goes with maintenance on certain things pertaining to that lane, so I just went to google and searched heating and air near me. Esquire heating and air popped right up with 5 stars, great reviews and 24 hour availability. This was perfect for me considering it was about 8pm when I realized I needed a company to come take a look at my system.

A guy named Kyle came right out within the hour and was polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the work that was being done. He made sure that he explained everything to me that had to be done and in detail told me what was wrong so that I could understand, which I really appreciated. He solved the problem expeditiously!
He came and handled things pretty quickly, there was a $125 after hours fee for me which was perfectly fine considering the urgency of my issue and the time I needed him to come out. Aside from that the prices were affordable especially for the Buckhead area.

I really had an over all awesome experience with ESQUIRE Hearing and Air, so I had to come leave a review.
