I called Tony on Sunday morning, showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem, explained to me what he is doing and fixed the problem. Also performed more checks on my AC before he left. Prior to showing up at my home Toney asked me to check a few things over the phone to see if that would fix the problem, to save me money and save time. Would hire Tony again!!!

Was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.. He (TONY) was condescending and spoke to you as if you was too dense to even fathom the concepts of HVAC. He always had an attitude and was just angry to have to come do his job and was sneaky and deceitful about what he was doing. He was always vague and tried to intentionally keep you in the dark about the job he was performing. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR EVER... HIGHLY DISSATISFIED... I hope that this review can help someone else and save them the time, effort and stress I was subject to.

I called Boiling Point Heating and cooling this evening because my furnace had not come on since I had been home from work and the house was getting cold. Over the phone he was able to tell me what to do to see if the furnace would come on, and it Worked. Thank You so Very much Boiling point Heating and cooling.

Very professional, came when he said he would, diagnosed and fixed the problem that another AC technician caused. I highly recommend. Wish I could give six stars.

Great company. Came out after hours and troubleshooted our problem. Solved the problem of out broken AC when other companies couldn't. I HIGHLY recommend!
