From the salesman Mike he was professional and simplified the process for me. I had 4 other quotes and his was not the cheapest. I went with him and I am happy I did. The next day they came and installed the unit and the two installers were awesome as well. Great company with great employees, highly recommend them.

Lowen Air Conditioning has been providing A/C service for me for nearly 40 years. Lowen installed the first central air my home ever had. Over the years, they have serviced, repaired and replaced whatever has been necessary. When I had an A/C issue in the middle of a super hot summer, someone came by on their way home at the end of a busy day to help. That is dedication and outstanding service!

Lowen has been the only A/C company I have used, since I bought my house in 1976. They are dependable, reasonable and have a terrific office staff and skilled technicians. I have complete confidence in them, and gladly recommend Lowen anytime anyone asks. They are the best!

I normally do not write reviews. However LOWEN deserves to be recognized as a 5 star company. We had our system installed by them and could not be happier. We recently had an issue where the cooling tower was shut down in our building which led to our ac not coming back online. Technician Jose came out and got us going again. Not only did he fix our problems but he clearly and precisely explained what we should do in the future to not have the same occurrence. Jose is the reason that I’m writing this review. This company employs people who enable consumers to understand and troubleshoot issues before calling them. In south Florida this is essential. I have listened to neighbors with brand new units complain about problems with their ac’s. In our case we follow the advice given to us by people like Jose and If the problem persists we call for assistance. We have never had to go through a night without ac working with this company. Living in a high rise building I’m shocked by how uncommon this is. I can not understand how people with new ac units are going for multiple days without working ac. To sum it up in one sentence if you don’t think opening up doors and windows and using a fan Is acceptable work with LOWEN.

Ron Lowen was kind enough to come out and assess our original air conditioner. Apparently, the original contractors installed our air conditioner incorrectly. Ron was not the only one to tell us this. We went with a new Trane condenser and air handler (16 SEER). Not only did they replace and remove the old air conditioner, they went above and beyond. They put extra support in the attic, new ducting, new bigger concrete slab for the outside and they sanitized the duct system.
It was a big job, but they left the site very clean. Overall, we would say that the entire staff at Lowen Air Conditioning were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have no problem recommending them to my friends and clients.

Jose did the diagnosis, accompanied by me to the roof top unit. He pointed out both the obvious problems(dryers) on both units and on further inspection after removing the covers over the electrical parts he observed the rusted connectors and ultimate potential failure of these parts. The dryers caused the Freon to be contaminated resulting in failure of both units to cool simultaneously. The dryers were now to be installed at the air handlers in the apartment away from the roof top elements of these units at the ocean. All work was completed as indicated and in a very professional way by Jose. Good job guys!
