Lowen Air Conditioning

Our A/C went out on a Saturday evening and we were recommended to Lowen AC by a friend. The tech came right out- very friendly, honest, and answered all my questions. Since our previous unit was over 11 years old- I said I did not want to invest in an old unit. The tech was a great help (even called to check on us the following day). After he left, we had Mike (sales) contact us- he was calling us at 8-9pm on Saturday night to help expedite the new unit and handling the paperwork. WHAT PROFESSIONALISM! Mike got us squared away- followed up on Sunday, and promised we would have our new unit Monday. The installers came out- SUPER professional, did a great job! Friendly staff- all checked up on us after installation. The following day (Tuesday) Mike called right away to make sure the air was working great. Nothing but a great experience- thank you to an awesome team!! You made a stressful event (no AC in FL) so smooth and for that I thank you!!!!

I recently used another very well known AC repair place. That company that came out replaced my capacitor TWO times in two weeks, then saying I needed a new unit. I felt like something was off. I called Lowen for a second opinion. I spoke with Terri, lovely office staff, and was lucky enough to get the owner Phil to come out today. Not only do I not need a new unit right now, but the other company put the wrong capacitor on my unit and it was making my condenser motor overheat. Either they purposely put the wrong one on, or they are completely incompetent. Phil was amazing, he installed the correct capacitor and a few other things, explained everything to me. He also gave me the wrong capacitor to show the other company. I cannot thank Lowen enough for first the friendliness, and second their professionalism. Highly recommend Lowen!

Highly recommend this company!! I have used many A/C companies, but this is the first I have found that are trustworthy, honest, affordable and reliable!! They did work on my home and my condo, both maintenance as well as a full A/C unit replacement and I was so very impressed with their professionalism as well as their friendly staff ( both in the field and in the office). I rarely write reviews..but they deserve this..they are an awesome company!!!

We had been told by another company that our A/C unit needed to be replaced. We wanted a second opinion, and called Lowen. The Lowen tech said the unit was working and did not need replacing. It is still working. Thank you Lowen, your honesty saved us a bundle.

We have our second home here in PB Gardens for the last 10 years, and we used this one fellow/company for our AC checkups/tune ups at least twice a year. Because of his work which was not up to par, I had to get another company in to take a look at our system for a complete maintenance overhaul. I was referred to Lowen AC by my neighbor. We had the overhaul done, and the first thing I noticed was their very professional layout of the system - air handler in the attic and the condensing unit outside - what needed attention and the overall condition of the entire system. We need to have panels replaced because of the wrong UV lights used - and that would have been costly, so we decided to have an entire new system installed due to the fact that our system was 10 years old. I have been told by many people down here that these AC systems in Florida will only last 10-12 years. They came in with a fair estimate and we had the new AC system installed. The two gentlemen who did the job - Chris and Ramiro- were terrific and very professional. It's an all day job! We also had a new hard-wired thermostat installed where we could download the APP on our phone and control the settings from home in New York. I would highly recommend Lowen Air Conditioning without question. We are very satisfied with the work they did on the installation of our new AC system.

Lowen AC has installed two units in our home and has been servicing our units for the last 10 years. Always efficient, great customer service, and very thorough and professional. Also, got us the best bang for the buck and was very helpful with financing! They know their stuff and no funny business! We know we are in good hands!

$168.00 for AC service. They recommended coil cleaning via removing them for $700.00. I declined that (see below). Didn't receive an invoice for servicing AC for a month.

Second opinion from REPUTABLE area competitor - Sprayed and wiped down coils and serviced AC, ALL for $80.00. $788.00 savings comparably.

When I asked the person who recommended them, he (general contractor) said it sounded high and agreed that the coils did NOT need to be removed in order to be cleaned. A second contractor/building inspector said the coils did NOT need to be removed in order to be cleaned. Both felt that $168.00 for the service was high.

I'm a newly widowed single mom. Can't recommend this company.

Technician serving our air conditioning unit was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend

New fan was needed. They took it outside to replace the part as they said it would be messy in the house. Very professional and also very polite.
