The guys from Comfort Zone are top notch! Our AC went out in one of the hottest months and they got us taken care of as soon as humanly possible. They really saved us from sweating our butts off! And they got us a great price on the unit and installation. They are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you’re having AC issues give them a call.

After using another company for many years someone recommended Comfort Zone to us after our existing company gave us a really high quote for two new AC's. Comfort Zone came in significantly less than the company we had a long standing relationship with and they came over right away. Comfort Zone staff are so professional and take care of everything you need. The systems are working great and I will never use any other AC company again.

I signed up for the maintenance plan in Oct 2022. My 2nd six-month interval came up in Apr 2023. On the exact day six months later, Comfort Zone called me to schedule the next maintenance. I had that day marked on my calendar, so I was IMPRESSED with their timely follow-up. As for the service, the technician arrived on time and did all the expected steps (based on my experience receiving this type of service in the past). HAPPY CUSTOMER here, and I will continue with their maintenance plan!!!

I have got to give it up for my guy, Jose Mendez - he is a SUPER STAR. His communication was clear and effective, he noticed the issue we were having and immediately took action. We’ve had a few techs out but Jose went above and beyond. He stayed here for an hour to fix our unit - I felt safe, understood and valued with every action he took.
