Randy Poulette has been our AC man for several years. He has done major installations and maintenance for both our home and our business. He is always on time. He is professional, his work is of good quality and he is neat. I highly recommend this company for any of your AC needs.

We have used Randy’s services since we bought our house in 2015. When we bought it, we knew our AC system was old, and we expected we would have to replace it. But Randy came and gave it a pre-season check up and told us it was in perfect shape, no need to replace anything. This house is not our primary residence, and Randy knew it. He also knew we would have installed a new system that day. This is how honest Randy is. At the end of that year, when I explained that one room was warmer than the rest, so we should probably replace the unit, Randy said no way, and we added a duct for a couple hundred dollars. Ever since, every year he has told us how to maintain the unit, and it was perfect. So this year, when the refrigerant was leaking, we knew he’d do right by us when we finally (5 years later) replaced our system. And, of course he did just that! A perfect system- and under budget. There aren’t enough Randy Poulettes in the world! (PS- he’s always available for a question or a last minute appointment, and he’s always on time. If I had a single negative thing to add, or suggested improvement I would say so, but honestly? This guy is simply the best.

Randy came to the rescue when I was misled to believe there were other issues with the system. I have experienced a very professional and punctual service. original issue, the AC unit was out for 6 days misdiagnosed with a faulty line that required an electrician to put a new electric cable, which also requires to run the wiring across 3 other units. With the methodical approach Randy was able to trouble shoot and pin point the issue within an hour, the AC unit was up and running in no time after that. Thank you for the services and forever future goto for all our AC issues.
