First visit for our semiannual maintenance. Walter spent over 2 hours on our 2-unit system, found and replaced a weak capacitor. Answered every question I asked. Very clearly know his stuff. We will absolutely continue to use and recommend Air-Tech Mechanical!

I had a such a wonderful experience with Air-Tech Mechanical. Walter and his crew provided outstanding service. Not only were they punctual, but they answered all of my questions and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company if you need any HVAC repair or install services. They are top notch and very professional.

My mom had an old ac unit that broke down. I contacted Air Tech Mechanical after dealing with a few other companies in Port St Lucie that were trying to rip me off. Walter came and quoted me for a brand new unit at a much lower price. He was very informative and answered all our questions. One day later, he came and installed with his amazing crew and the work was CLEAN AND NEAT. We love it. Will definitely be recommending him to others around the area. Thanks.

Walter and his crew are amazing! I originally wanted a halo light and a few more drops installed, but when he came over for the inspection he noticed a lot wasn’t right. He explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he’s talking about. It was a fair price so I told him to go ahead and do the work. Water and his crew came out in a timely manner and their work was above and beyond what I expected. I wish I could give this company more stars because I completely trust them to do honest and great work. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I have only words of praise for Air-Tech Mechanical and its owner Walter. First time I called Walter, a few months ago, my AC wasn’t working well, and I had already had two AC companies come out and recommend a new AC system installation; they said there was nothing that could be done to prolong the life of the existing AC unit. Walter came out literally within an hour,, took a look at the unit, touched the lines, and diagnosed the AC with dirty coils. He went outside and wash the coils with a hose, and the AC started to work! He charged me only $100 while other companies were going to have me incur a 5,000 - dollar cost.
A few days ago, my AC system stopped working because it was, believe it or not, 38 years old. Walter gave me a good deal on a new unit and had it installed with his technicians in a matter of hours today.

Walter came exactly on time thinking he was pricing a new central ac unit. He ended up diagnosing and fixing mine for a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Walter had to come for a follow up to unclog a drain and we had another great experience with him.

Professional, offered Carrier a much better rated product than Rheem, and they were the least expensive by $1500 or so, and they also offer 3.5% discount for cash or check on top of already being that much less than the competition who all were only offering Rheem who is rated only 5th best brand. Cleaned up pretty well too, minor things left behind. Friendly. I'd reccomend them, and that's saying something if you check my other reviews. (We already had a decent guy and asked for other reccomendations from friends and family) no one came close to these guys, think I found them on Thumbtack #1 rated or reccomended. Easy negotiations, traded the included thermostat for them to add a vent to a room that didnt have one instead, no extra cost, as we already had a Nest. Was all easy A-Z no Nickel and diming us.
