We all know that AC is a must have when you live in Florida. It is also one of those necessities that takes a big hit on your budget. We called to set up appointment late last night. He called 8am this morning stating he would be here in 10 minutes. I’m really impressed he came fixed the problem within 15 minutes he was done! Amazing thank you so much Victor heating and cooling for excellent service!!

I called Ricardo to come look at our a/c unit that wasn't running properly during a cold winter day. He performed a cleaning on the air handler and I noticed he had fully removed the fan and was in the front yard scrubbing it and rinsing it off to give it a proper cleaning-something that I had never seen another company do in over 20 years of regular maintenance. After he installed it back, he asked if I could come to the attic so he could show me the air handler and ducts-he didn't want me to think he was just trying to upsell me. The inside of both the air handler and the ducts were full of mold, and he said that even though we were paying for cleanings every 6 months that the unit had not been cleaned in a long long time, and it was obvious that he was right. We chose to replace the air unit and all of the duct work rather than continue to breathe what he had shown to us. From here on out we will NEVER use anyone else besides Ricardo at Victor A/C.
