    Our Air conditioner went out 5 months ago. Red Carpet Air was called to do the job. The new Air conditioner was put in the next day. The crew is awesome. The folks I talked to on the phone was ready to help with any future issues we have.     This is one group of great guys that take pride in what they do!
    They replaced my old system in one day, very cleanly and did a beautiful job of installation.
    I had a continuing old smell which Ted and his men came back and searched and found duct problems which they then repaired with cost of only materials.
    I will recommend them to every one who wants honesty and no hassle or pressure!

    The WORST customer service ever. A week from their initial assessment, no one contacted me and no one would my call - EVER, I left about 8 messages with the answering service (their office does not answer the phone), and never got any response.. Was referred through home warranty company, after a week with contact from Red Carpet, I found out through my home warranty that Red Carpet never submitted the authorization papers. The warranty company contacted them and only could get the answering service. The service finally put me through as an emergency and still no call back. My home warranty company finally advised me to use another company. This has been a horrible experience.

    We recently needed to have all our duct work replaced due to mold. We had a strange smell coming from the vents, so we were initially trying to find a company to clean them. When Red Carpet Air came out and realized the extent of the damage to the air ducts, the only option without causing more damage was to have everything replaced.

    I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the initial estimate/inspection, to the completion of the replacement, everyone was professional, knowledgable, hard working, polite and spent a considerable amount of time explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable with what would be done.

    They arrived on time and did not stop working from the moment they arrived. We have an older home, and the duct work we had was from when the house was built. Darrell and his team spent extra time and went above and beyond to get the job done right. ​​I have seriously never had a company come out that I've been more impressed with. They are a smaller family owned company, and work hard to train their employees and believe me, it shows.

    My kids all have allergies, and I am so thankful Jacob saw what a big problem this was when he came out to inspect the ducts. If it hadn't been caught we would all still be breathing in air that was running through filthy ducts continuously. We have had other companies come out in the past, and none picked up on the problem.

    Our AC now runs so much more efficiently and has reduced the humidity in our house as well. Thankfully the ways these newer ducts are made, we no longer have to worry about having this problem again. Especially since the job was done right. They even vacuumed inside/raked outside when they were done and left no mess behind.

    We are so pleased with the finished product and will definitely be using Red Carpet Air in the future.

    We had Adam at our house last we for a tune up . We had we Several issues going on he took the time to explain these issue and gave us multiple options. Thank god they have financing available I was able to get healthy best option Adam provided. Since the duct clean and the uv light were done our air has never been so fresh .     Not only was Kris (the estimate guy) awesome, but Ted spent the day THE VERY NEXT DAY installing and informing me of the new units being installed. If there was a 10 star option, they would have all 10's across the board. Look no further. I googled a ton of cheap quotes and companies and this service is unbeatable....as a matter of fact they welcome the idea of price matching. If ever in your life you even hint towards the idea "we need someone to come check out the air" google red carpet air and sign up for an appointment (same day).

    Ted and Red Carpet Air saved us this weekend. They took care of my broken A/C promptly, worked late on the weekend so we can be comfortable again. I have been using Red Carpet Air for a few years, always great, friendly service!!!!
