They fixed my HVAC the right the first time. I take reviews very seriously, when I saw the reviews, I could not believe it. So I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you WOW! The owner is the man! I was stuck with no AC during a brutal heatwave and he went above and beyond to get me back to normal. He was extremely honest and upfront about what needed to be done, he did exactly what he said he would do, and in a very timely fashion. Now my AC works better than ever! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Repairman showed up, had the correct part in his vehicle, installed it and tested the fix. Everything worked. I paid the reasonable bill and off he went. The whole event took less than a half hour. I’m well pleased.

Furnace needs urgent repair on a Friday night in the winter when the family is away. The personnel promptly reacted to our message, and by Saturday midday, they had arrived on the scene to repair a capacitor and got the system up and running. There was no pressure or sales pitch to do more than was necessary to get the unit back online despite the complete explanation of the problem and clarity around the possibility of other issues (older unit). We highly recommend this company and will use them as our first port of call for any future work or replacement equipment.

We wanted another heater for our home and they blew away our assumptions. He was very useful when we were sorting out our choices to supplant the heater. been using logan for service on my commercial washers for years. bought new washer dryer for our house. instal guys were great, they hooked everything up and tested. even checked dryer vent and made recommendations. they went way beyond what i have experienced with other stores and they were hundreds of dollars cheaper. i highly recommend

Technician was on time even early and stayed extra time to straighten out my dishwasher and align it better and smooth out the gasket. There was no extra charge except the service call. Highly recommended
