We purchased a range and are totally happy with the quality and had a wonderful experience. We also asked if they could repair our older ice machine. Fuse the technician came out knew exactly what the problem was and the part that needed to be replaced. Fuse provided excellent customer service, worked efficiently an was extremely polite. He is an asset to the company.

During the hurricane, our AC stopped working. I made some calls and discovered that other places had a 300$ minimum fee. When I called the company, I was told they only charge for service calls. It was excellent. I was then informed that a service member will get in touch. The staff said they might be here between 2:00 and 4:00. Today, five minutes after two, they arrived. They outlined the problem and provided an upfront price warning. Others would have attempted to upsell and overcharge us. The personnel was really trustworthy and professional. I'll give you a call and ask for them if there are any other concerns. I appreciate the positive experience.

Both our technicians were awesome, professional, courteous and respectful to our property. The appointment system worked great letting us know what day and time frame they would be here. Will definitely recommend and use them again. A+ all the way!!!

A new furnace and air conditioner were required. I called this company for an estimate after doing some online research. The next day, the personnel showed up and was excellent. In less than a week, the install was scheduled for me. They exhibited nothing but professionalism, courtesy, and courtesy. very well informed. From the front door to the furnace, drop cloths were placed, and everything was kept spotless. Even in the downpour, they were at work. I would unquestionably suggest this company to anyone looking for heating or air conditioning requirements.

Ken is amazing. He has great customer service and very friendly. He tried to help me figure out what was wrong with my dryer so they didn't have to come out. Unfortunately the mechanism where my timer is seems to be broken and I will not be able to do it myself and we'll have to have them come out and fix it. But he went above and beyond to try to help me fix the problem without costing me a dime. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair needs that you have and I will be using them in the future for any other appliance repairs that I may have

The technician called before arriving. Unfortunately, the appliance were not fixable but he did give us some recommendations on a new purchase. He was very nice.

The team at this company performed a fantastic job installing my new water to air unit. Finally, my bedroom receives the air it needs to be cool all year. They worked well into the night on Thursday to finish the task. Because they are really competent and experienced, I strongly advise hiring this company.

I can't say enough good things about this company. This was our first experience with this company but it won't be the last. From Zander who does the scheduling to Anthony who does the repair, our experience was nothing short of wonderful. They are prompt, efficient and excellent at what they do. One of the parts Anthony needed to fix our washing machine came in but the wrong part was sent to him. Before he left our home, he had reordered the part and came out again as soon as the part came in. I would highly recommend this company!
