Edgar was my technician who resolved my issues, he was very professional, extremely nice, and above and beyond customer service. I have had other technicians before and they were all great as well. The company in general is very quick to respond and very knowledgeable with what they do. I highly recommend this business

This was the first time I used this company and was pleasantly surprised. They responded quickly, within an hour. Our technician Evis was very professional, explaining our options and then completing the hot water heater install quickly. The job site was left clean and any questions we had were answered. All in all it was a great experience.

Today I needed help with a clogged drain - in fact 2. Joe not only arrived within 30 minutes of the call, he was very professional and very clean. Not only did he do a wonderful job quickly, he was very pleasant to speak with and gave me a couple of tips to help keep my drains clean. We used Alvarez Plumbing and AC for our remodel. They installed new AC and duct work in our home. In addition they installed a mini split in a guest house as well as a mini split in our garage. The team at Alvarez is top notch. James always answers his phone no matter what time or day Billy and the rest of the team always show up on time or call if they are going to be more then 10 minutes late. We have been very impressed with there work ethic and knowledge. Look no further if you want quality work at a reasonable price.

If you want customer service, and I mean REAL customer service, this is the company that delivers consistently. We just had a new A/C system installed, and it was all hands on deck. The technicians are true professionals who know their craft, and speak to you like you are a customer - a concept long lost. To top it off, the service manager who I will not name, provided me with his personal cell phone to report any issues with the unit. Hands down, Alvarez sets the standard on HOW you should run your business.

I will never use ANY other HVAC company in the Riverview, Tampa, Brandon area. I have a brand new house built by West Bay homes and the upstairs has had major humidity issues. I gave up on West Bay and their installers/sub contractors. I reached out to Alvarez and not only did they figure out the issues no one else could but the customer service is top nothch! Sean (or Shawn?) offered donuts and coffee before he arrived and I jumped on the opportunity because it was my son's birthday. He wouldn't let me pay him back. He's a great part of the team and I'll request him for my 6 month maintenance every time! Thank you!

Jerome was great. He installed our new hot water heater and brought it up to current codes. I would ask for him over and over again for any plumbing needs. On time and very knowledgeable. Great company to do business with.
