Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning

On 1/17/23, Alvarez sent 3 of their employees (Manuel, Anthony and Ted) to conduct a camera survey of our building sewer line and to remove and replace 2 leaking water valves. All these projects were conducted in a timely and professional manner. Very satisfied with their response and service.

Jacob from Alvarez Plumbing came out to the house to solve an issue with some toilets and a shower that were backing up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and solved the problem quickly and methodically to avoid unnecessary charges. We will definitely use them again when we have a problem and will recommend them to our friends.

3/02/23. Thank.You.So.Much! That was literally a year long problem your company just solved with our plumbing after other companies claimed there was zero issues, when 'clearly' there was. We've been dealing with that problem from day one. The very first time we ran the washer it started backing up into the kitchen sinks and flooding the laundry room and it's just been getting worse all year. Yes, we thoroughly, and I do mean thoroughly, tested your work. Not only did we put a full load in the washer which we've never been able to do before, on high soil and pre-soak, but we also filled the sinks with water, undid the plug and turned on the garbage disposal. Not.Even.One.Drop. Not even one. You have no idea how utterly grateful every single one of us are. Sincere love from The Oxford House Buccaneers ❤️

Phenomenal customer service! After accidentally leaving a message on their non- emergency messaging service, James the Service Manager called me back after hours to confirm the situation and immediately sent someone out. Forever and Alvarez fan. Thanks James!

Alvarez plumbing and AC has been amazing! I have used them several times. It is a really great family owned company that does a great job. They are timely in responses and still delivering quality work. Highly recommend to everyone! They will not disappoint.

Ted came out and he really handled what had progressively turned into a plumbing nightmare from previous inexperienced maintenance men. I would recommend Ted through and through and I'll definitely keep his number for when I purchase my own home. Thanks ted for your hard work and clean worksmanship.

Your Technician Ted made my new year. As a brand new restaurant owner on New Year’s Eve our plumbing went down. We called no less than 15 other plumbers before we called Alvarez Plumbing. All of which said it would be Tuesday. If not for Ted (the greatest plumber of all time) and his friend Jacob our new business would have lost 3 days worth of sales. We will never use anyone else. Ted drove over 60 miles when local plumbers said no way, not today. Thanks guys, we hope you truly have a blessed year! You deserve it.
